We are looking for an active and outcome-oriented relationship executive to join the collection and recovery team. The best candidate is strong to communicate in English and Arabic, and the redeemed costs from customers and all rules at the same time.

  • Verbal communication skills and writing English and Arabic.
  • The ability to focus on pressure and conduct difficult conversations and intelligence and professionalism.

responsibility:

  • Contact Debtors: Contact customers by phone, email or email to discuss payment payments and encourage timely repayments.
  • Negotiation: Use an effective negotiation strategy to establish and agree to a repayment plan, where the debtor’s financial situation and corporate guidelines are considered.
  • Keep records: Keep accurate and current records of all communications, obligations, payment plans, and payment plans updates.
  • Compliance: Submit all regulatory guidelines and internal company guidelines and ensure that you follow ethical and fair debt collection practices.
  • Research and research: With the help of investigative techniques and instruments, it appears to achieve debtors or become less attractive.
  • Communication: Work closely with internal departments such as law and financing, such as legal advice in law and litigation and complex business practices.
  • Reports: Create regular reports on relaxation activities to mark key metrics, challenges and successes in your management.

Requirements:

  • Early experiences in collection, recovery, or customer relationships are desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of MS office and recording tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
